Irina Parsina, Customer Success Manager at Microsoft

Irina Parsina from Microsoft’s Customer Success Unit will take to the stage at Buy Yorkshire to explain how, with evolving business landscape and customer expectations, there is a shift away from routine tasks and hierarchical decisions – to a way of operating that requires every employee to be creative, think critically and collaborate with others to address the task at hand. She’ll argue that harnessing employee ingenuity with modern workplace technology is becoming critical for businesses to stay successful and relevant.


With a mission to empower every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more, Irina Parsina from Microsoft’s Customer Success Unit, is leading customers in the UK transport sector to innovate and transform through modern collaborative ways of working.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Irina was the Group Head of Digital Workplace at the Go-Ahead Group which operates buses and trains globally – there she worked on the way bus and train operating companies use modern workplace technologies to deliver the best customer service possible. Previous to that, Irina worked on modernising employee communication and engagement platforms at one of the UK’s busiest train operating companies, and helped establish first-in-industry tech innovation accelerator.
