Prior to joining Microsoft, Irina was the Group Head of Digital Workplace at the Go-Ahead Group which operates buses and trains globally – there she worked on the way bus and train operating companies use modern workplace technologies to deliver the best customer service possible. Previous to that, Irina worked on modernising employee communication and engagement platforms at one of the UK’s busiest train operating companies, and helped establish first-in-industry tech innovation accelerator.
