Uber Eats, a new food delivery platform, makes getting food from your favourite local restaurants as easy as requesting a ride. Uber Eats is partnering with restaurants to help them do more business. Emilio will speak about the importance of offering flexible earning opportunities and the impact technology has had on both the retail and food industries.

Emilio is the Regional Manager for Uber Eats, overseeing the strategic development of the organisation in Central and South England. Of Italian origins and with a background in science, prior to this role Emilio led the taxi operations for Uber in Yorkshire.
